Welcome To Team Virginia

Team Virginia: A group of transplant recipients and living donors of all ages and backgrounds who come together every two years to share fellowship and friendly competition. Team Virginia and the Transplant Games of America is about good sports, not necessarily good athletics.

We are a community of transplant recipients, living donors and families of donors united with the purpose of spreading awareness about the success of organ transplantation while showing our gratitude to our donor families. We are blessed with a second chance at life and we want to keep hope alive for others who are in the waiting list for organ donations.

By way of a national sports competition through The Transplant Games of America, we are opening doors for potential organ donors to sign-up and have the opportunity to give another person a second chance at life just like the one we were blessed to receive.
